The Las Vegas Sahara Hotel, first opened in 1952, is one of the oldest hotels on Las Vegas Strip. The hotel is filled with nostalgia, as it has, for over 5 decades, been famous for its world-class acts, by performers such as the Rat Pack, the Beatles, Elvis Presley and Tina Turner.

  Attractions

The hotel is also a great attraction for thrillseekers, due to its 'NASCAR' center, with its speedway and thrilling rides. If you get time to explore the Las Vegas Sahara Hotel you will find entertainment to suit everyone, including:

  Shows

The Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas has been well known for over five decades, for its class acts. The hotel currently features a regular showing of "Platters, Coasters, Marvelettes", which features three spectacular performances from the Motown group "The Marvelettes", and from the legendary rock and roll acts, "The Platters" and "Cornell Gunter's Coasters".

  Accommodation

The rooms in the Las Vegas Sahara Hotel are older but are clean and well maintained. The standard room is excellent value for those on a tight budget, but for those with a larger budget, there are also luxury suites available.

  Location

The Las Vegas Sahara Hotel is at the North end of the Strip and so is a short bus or monorail ride from the central Hotels. However, the rooms are generally cheaper than in the hotels in the center of the strip and the hotel has its own monorail stop, thus enabling quick and easy transportation to the rest of the Las Vegas Strip.
