Las Vegas Riviera Hotel
Although the Las Vegas Riviera Hotel is one of the oldest hotels on the Strip, the interior of the building has recently been modernised and the hotel has been awarded a three-diamond AAA rating. Despite this, the hotel is reasonably priced, making it one of the Strip's good value hotels. Attractions & AmenitiesThe Las Vegas Riviera Hotel is probably better suited to older tourists, who don't expect trendy or glitzy nightclubs. However, it is still packed with fun things to see and do, including:
ShowsThe Las Vegas Riviera Hotel is the home of the famous traditional 'Crazy Girls' topless show. This show has been running for many years, and the hotel proudly displays a bronze sculpture of the show's performers at the front of the casino. The Riviera hotel also houses one of the best Comedy Clubs in Vegas, with a different selection of hilarious acts each week. There is also the Bistro Theatre, which features the fantastic comedy hypnotist, Dr. Scott Lewis. The Riviera hotel is also currently showing 'Frank and Barbara, The Concert That Never Was', in which singers Sharon Owens and Sebastian Anzaldo perform in the style of Barbara Streisand and Frank Sinatra. Accommodation
LocationThe Riviera Hotel in Las Vegas is located in the Northern area of the Las Vegas Strip, opposite the Circus Circus Hotel & Casino and is therefore a good walk or a short bus or cab ride to the main Las Vegas Strip tourist attractions. However, the Bus Duece, stops right in front of hotel, and so tranportation to the rest of the Strip is easy and convenient. This follows a deficiency letter from the Exchange, indicating that the company has sustained losses which are so substantial, or its financial condition has become so impaired, that it appears questionable in the opinion of the Exchange, as to whether the Company will be able to continue operations and/or meet its obligations as they mature. |
