The Las Vegas Monte Carlo Hotel is an AAA four-diamond awarded hotel and casino, which is themed around the glamorous Monte Carlo resort in Monaco, on the French Riviera. In line with the elegance of the famous resort, the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas features crystal chandeliers, marble floors, ornate fountains, renaissance statues and an incredible array of arches.

The Monte Carlo is not as big as many of the Strip hotels, which is an advantage in some ways; Many guests find the Monte Carlo easier to navigate than most of the other strip hotels and the smaller size means that you are less likely to have to walk far to get to your room or suite.


  Monte Carlo Hotel Pool

The Las Vegas Monte Carlo Hotel features a fun and lively family pool area, with waterfalls and four separate pools, including a wave pool and a 400 foot long lazy river, on which you can take a leisurely raft ride. Between 12 noon & 5pm, from Thursdays to Sundays the pool features a pool party with DJs playing music, and games & entertainment. Therefore, the Monte Carlo pool is better suited to those who want entertainment and fun, rather than those who want a quiet place to relax.

The Monte Carlo pool area can get crowded, which adds to the party atmosphere, but this isn't to everyone's taste. Therefore, if you want to ensure privacy and space at the poolside, it is recommended that you rent out a cabana. If you are lucky, you may be able to reserve a room or suite that has direct access to the poolside.


  Other Amenities

The Monte Carlo has many other luxurious amenities, including :

  • The Monte Carlo Hotel shopping promenade which has a multitude of different stores, ranging from luxury and speciality stores to the $10 boutique
  • The Spa and Salon, where you can pamper yourself with a relaxing or rejuvenating treatment, or a new hairstyle
  • The fitness center, where you can keep in shape using the latest equipment, with the help of one of the hotel's personal trainers
  • The hotel casino, which has over 1,600 slots and video poker games, traditional table games, a poker room and a race & sports book
  • 8 restaurants and cafes, offering different cuisines, ranging from gourmet meals to snacks. Alternatively, the Monte Carlo Buffet has a reputation for its quality and great choice.
  • Bars and lounges, offering lively or more relaxing environments, to suit all tastes. If you enjoy a lively nightlife, be sure to visit Diablos Cantinas bar/nightclub/restaurant, which offers a fantastic range of food, drinks and music

  Monte Carlo Hotel Shows & Entertainment

The main show at the Las Vegas Monte Carlo is performed by the world-famous magician, Lance Burton, who is widely acclaimed, and has won numerous entertainment awards. Burton is also known for his TV Specials, which are aired regularly on on FOX Family Channel and internationally.

If you prefer comedy, you will love the new Frank Caliendo show, in which comedian/impressionist Caliendo, provides a witty and hilarious range of impersonations of characters such as Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton and many more.

As the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas has been awarded an AAA four-diamond rating, you can expect the rooms and suites to be luxurious and stylish - and you won't be disappointed. The accommodation is clean and elegant, with quality and tasteful furnishings.

All rooms and suites offer an Internet service, although there is an extra charge (approx. $15 per day) for this.

  Location


The Las Vegas Monte Carlo Hotel is in an excellent location, towards the southern end of the Strip, just north of the New York-New York Hotel and opposite the MGM Grand.

This location is close to a several other fun hotels and is within easy walking distance of the centre Strip activity.

If you prefer not to walk, the Monte Carlo Hotel is also convenient for the Las Vegas Monorail, which has a station just across the strip, at the MGM Grand Hotel.
