The Four Seasons is located on the top five floors of the main Mandalay Bay Hotel tower. Therefore, guests at the Four Seasons are permitted to use all of the Mandalay Bay Resort facilities.

Those who prefer a larger or busier pool environment can use the Mandalay Bay Hotel pool area, otherwise know as 'Mandalay Beach'. This is one of the best pool areas in Vegas, extending across 11 acres and consisting of 2,700 tons of imported sand. Mandalay Beach also has a lazy river, 3 swimming pools, a huge wave pool, a running track and a bar & casino. There are 100 cabanas that can be rented by those wanting a greater level of privacy and more poolside facilities.
