1. Mandalay BeachThe Mandalay Bay Hotel pool area (known as 'Mandalay Beach') is the best pool area on Vegas Strip. Mandalay Beach has been made from 2,700 tons of imported sand and covers 11 acres of land. There are 4 swimming pools, including a huge wave pool, and a lazy river. Music is played out, around the pools, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. Customers at the Mandalay Beach are served drinks from the 'Bikini Bar', or they can dine or gamble in the glass-fronted casino, without worrying about changing out of beach clothing. The Mandalay Resort also a secluded and private pool area, the 'Moorea Beach Club', which is open at weekends to guests aged 21 and over. There is an additional fee for entry to the Moorea Beach Club but the area offers a VIP poolside service and European style (topless) sunbathing. 2. The Palms Hotel PoolThe Palms Hotel has an amazing pool area, with 2 acres of pools and 3 bars, including the appropriately named 'Waterfall Bar' which is situated behind a huge 12-foot waterfall. The pool has a great party atmosphere with a live DJ and a huge stage, which hosts live concerts. There are a number of poolside bungalows that can be rented, so that guests can watch the concert in comfort, and then stay over afterwards.
5. Caesars Palace 'Garden of the Gods'The 4.5 acre 'Garden of the Gods Pool Oasis' in Caesars Palace is a Roman-themed luxury haven, where you can relax, away from the hectic activity on the Strip. The Garden of the Gods has 3 luxury swimming pools, two jacuzzis, fountains and beautiful green lawns. The pools are all different and therefore there is something to suit all tastes. The main pool, the 'Temple Pool', features marble columns and mosaics, and provides a fun and lively epicenter for the whole Garden of the Gods pool area, while the rectangular 'Neptune Pool' is ideal for serious swimmers who want to swim laps. Alternatively, for those who prefer a quieter pool experience, the 'Venus Pool' provides a serene and relaxing environment. There are bars serving drinks and snacks around the whole pool area, and for additional privacy and pampering, guests can rent out luxury cabanas.
8. Hard Rock Hotel Beach ClubThe Hard Rock Hotel's 'Beach Club' is a beautiful meandering pool with real sand beaches, landscaped rocks and towering palm trees. The pool has a swim-up blackjack table, so you can enjoy a game while taking a refreshing dip in the pool, or there are further blackjack games and raps in the poolside Palapa Hut. For those who require an additional service, there are luxury cabanas for rent. Every Sunday, the Hard Rock hosts the famous 'Rehab' pool party, which attracts thousands of party revellers and top guest celebrity DJs. If you like loud and lively parties, you must not miss this one! 9. Tropicana Hotel PoolThe Las Vegas Tropicana Hotel has a beautiful pool area, with cascading waterfalls, surrounded by tropical gardens. The main pool is huge, (covering an area of 12,000 square feet), and there is an adults-only Lagoon Pool. There is also a third pool, the 'Garden Pool', which is located away from the main pool and is therefore quieter. The amenities in the Tropicana Pool area are second to none. The poolside Coconut Grove Bar provides a fun and relaxing environment, and during the summer months, there is a swim-up blackjack game, with a special waterproof table and a heated drop-box, to dry paper money. There are also 3 outdoor spa pools, to help you to relax in complete luxury. In addition to the 3 outdoor pools, the Tropicana is one of the few hotels on the Strip that has a heated indoor pool, which allows swimming all year round. 10. Monte Carlo Hotel PoolThe Monte Carlo Hotel features a fun and lively family pool area, with waterfalls and four separate pools, including a wave pool and a 400 foot long lazy river, on which you can take a leisurely raft ride. Between 12 noon & 5pm, from Thursdays to Sundays the pool features a pool party with DJs playing music, and games & entertainment. Therefore, the Monte Carlo pool is better suited to those who want entertainment and fun, rather than those who want a quiet place to relax.
